Information about alliance
Necessity of regulating of principles and standards of professional and business relations at the property market, raising of the level of market participants’ skill by formation and certification and assisting in possessing of information and customers’ raising of loyalty to their services, determined the initiative of Council alliance of immovable property specialists of Kyiv, which is a public organization with 12 years history that can count about 100 of respectable companies and has a great prestige and is well-known at the property market of Ukraine, to create “ new general Ukrainian public organization “ - “Alliance of Ukrainian immovable property specialists”.
Consistent Forum of general Ukrainian public organization “Alliance of Ukrainian immovable property specialists” took place in Kyiv on 26 of July 2007. The representatives of 19 cities from 19 regions of Ukraine took part in that Forum. Wide representation is guaranteed by the democratic charter of the organization and its determination to solve all set aims:
- Assistance in developing of property market
- Raising of the level of market participants’ skill
The following programs and tasks were defined to reach these aims:
- To introduce a unified system of realtors’ activity standartization through professional training and certification of specialists of property market;
- To train and certificate no less than 50% of immovable property specialists, members of the “Alliance of Ukrainian immovable property specialists” to the end of 2008;
- To conduct different meetings (seminars, round-table conferences, conferences, contests, ratings) aimed to raise level of skill of members of the alliance, particularly:
- National contest “Professional acknowledgement – 2007”;
- National rate “The best realtor companies 2007”;
- To get no less than 30% of all direct operators of property market to the rank of the professional organization;
- To develop and introduce a unified database of objects (MLS) all over the territory of Ukraine;
- To work out a web-portal of “Alliance of Ukrainian immovable property specialists” as an interactive area for work and communication of immovable property specialists;
- To work out programs and standards of training of qualified specialists of property market;
- To develop and introduce programs of cooperation with indirect operators of Ukrainian property market (financial structures, insurance companies, and companies that deal with valuation activity etc.) for raising of the rate and quality of services which are proposed to a client;
- To take part in developing of projects of legislative leadership in the sphere of immovable property;
- To develop cooperation with professional public organizations of Ukraine and other countries.
The participants of the Forum by general voting ratified the Charter, Structure and Emblem of the “Alliance of Ukrainian immovable property specialists”.
On the 23 of August general Ukrainian public organization “Alliance of Ukrainian immovable property specialists “ was registered by the Department of Justice of Ukraine.
From its first days of formation, “Alliance of Ukrainian immovable property specialists “works hard trying to reach their goals. During this period 18 regional representations of the Alliance were opened, some round-table conferences in Kyiv and some regional centres of Ukraine were conducted, among them: Rivne, Zhytomyr, Vinnycya, Khmelnytskyy, Ternopil, Lutsk, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhya, Poltava, Chernihiv.
The theme of these round-table conferences conducted by “Alliance of Ukrainian immovable property specialists “ was: “ General Ukrainian professional public organization: guarantor of qualified realtor services”. Very important questions of Ukrainian property market were examined, such as: training, raising of the level of skill and certification of market participants, notion and constituents of qualified realtor service in general, necessity of legal regulation of realtor activity.
The orientation of meetings to Ukrainian regions helps specialists of the organization to carry out a thorough analytical investigation of the state of Ukrainian property market, and the results of which will be placed in annual analytical edition of the specialists’ alliance “Investigation of property market of Ukraine”.
On 23 of October 2007 general Ukrainian round-table discussion took place on initiative of “Alliance of Ukrainian immovable property specialists”, under which nine professional public associations of realtors of Ukraine signed the Agreement about cooperation of professional realtor organizations. The aim of the Agreement was to unite the facilities for developing of unified standards of realtor activity, unified programs of training and certification of immovable property specialists of Ukraine, and also for working out and introducing of these programs, creating of general Ukrainian Council of public realtor organizations, that will include the representatives of public organizations, which are the participants of this Agreement. The Agreement is open for signing by other public organizations that unite specialists in property market. Besides, the representatives of public realtor organizations, who signed the Agreement, the representatives of realtor community of almost all the regions of Ukraine took part in that round-table conference.
All the participants expressed a single meaning about necessity of signature of this Agreement and working out of unified standards of work at the property market, which would satisfy and would be supported by all the market participants. “Alliance of Ukrainian immovable property specialists” works on the first general Ukrainian Internet – portal of immovable property, where all fresh and authentic information about the state of property market and e-base of exclusive objects of general Ukrainian regions will be presented. Its starting is planned for April 2008.
“Alliance of Ukrainian immovable property specialists” is a founder and organizer of the general Ukrainian contest “Professional acknowledgement”, which is conducted among the leading specialists of the property market of Ukraine and National top-rating “The best realtor company of Ukraine” the participants of which are different realtor companies of Ukraine. “Alliance of Ukrainian immovable property specialists” is ready to carry on a dialogue and to cooperate with people and organizations which share our striving for working in a civilized way; operate on the basis of voluntariness and equality of its members, self-government, legality and publicity, according to the Constitution of Ukraine, functioning legislation and Charter of organization.
